Operating Instructions Important safety information In the interest of your safety and to ensure the correct use, before installing and first using the appliance, read this user manual carefully, including its hints and warnings.
• Items that have been soiled with substa nces such a s cooking oil acetone, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, w axes and wax removers should be washed in hot water with an extra amount of detergent before being dried in the tu mble dryer.

Daily use Switching machine on / switching light on Turn the programme selector to any progra mme or turn it to LIGHT ON. The machine has been switched on. When the loading do or is opened, the drum is illuminated. Opening loading door / loading laundry 1.
Setting dryness level If laundry comes out of the machine too damp after a standard drying programme, you can increase th e drying result by using the DRYNESS function. Laundry becomes drier as you move from MIN to MAX . Press the DRYNESS button repeatedly until the desired dryness level ( MIN , MED or MAX ) is shown in the display.
Setting long an ti - crease function Press the LONG ANTI-CREASE button. A 90 minute anti-crease phase is set. The display now shows the LONG ANTI-CREASE icon . If this additional fu nction is selected, the anti-crease phase at the end of the drying cycle is lengthened by 60 minutes.
If the programme duration is not selected, the duration is automatically set to 10 mins. Setting delay timer With the DELAY button, you can delay the start of a programme by between 30 mi- nutes (30') and a maximum of 20 hours (20h). 1. Select the programme and additional functions.
Starting the programme Press the START PAUSE button. The pro - gramme is started. The programme progress is shown in LCD by appropriate set of icons. From left to the right, from IRON DRY to ANTI-CREASE i c o n depends on the drying cycle chosen. E. g.
Drying cycle complete / removing laundry Once the drying cycle is co mplete, display show s a blinking " 0 ", under anti- crease icon appear dash. If th e BUZZER button has be en pressed, an acousti c signal sounds intermittently for about one minute.
Care and cleaning Cleaning fluff filter The filters collect all the fluff which accumulates during dryin g. To ensure that the dryer works perfectly, the fluff filter s (micro-fine filter and fin e strainer) mu st be cleaned after every drying cycle. The warning icon is on to remind you this operation.
4. Push down unl ock button on large mesh filter. Large mesh filter jumps up. 5. Take ou t fine stra iner. 6. Remove fluff from fine strainer. It is best to use a damp hand for this purpose.
11. Press against the large mesh filter until it locks into the interlock. If the fine strainer is not fitted, the large mesh filter will not snap into place and the loading door cannot be closed. Cleaning the door seal Wipe the door seal with a damp cloth immediately aft er the drying cycle has finished.

1. Open loading door 2. Open door in plinth: To do this, press the release button on the bot - tom of the door aperture and open the door in the plinth to the left. 3. Pull filter housing out of the base by the handle. 4. Clean the inside of the door, the fluff filter chamber and the rubber seals of fluff.
7. Remove fluff from the fluff filter with a damp hand. 8. Insert the fluff filter into the filter housing. 9. As necessary, approx. once every 6 months, remove the fluff from the heat exchanger u sing the sponge supplied. When doing this, please use rubber gloves.
Clean operating screen and housing CAUTION! Do not use furniture cleaners or aggressi ve cleaning agents to clean the machine. Use a damp cloth to wipe dow n th e operating screen and housing.

Defective light bulb. Replace light bulb (see next section). Displayed programme ti me changes erratically or stays un - change d for a long time. Programme time is corrected automatically depending on type and volume of laundry and level of dampness.

Installation Transporting the appliance Only tip the appliance on its left side to trans - port (see illustration), if it cannot be trans - ported in an upright position. Appliance positioning • It is recommended that, for your convenience, the machine is positioned close to your washing machine.
The hot air emitted by the tu mble dryer can reach temperatures of up to 60°C. The appliance must therefore not be installed on floors which are not resistant to high temperatures. When operating the tumble dryer, the room temperature must not be lower than +5°C and higher than +35°C, as it may affect the performance of the appliance.
Electrical connection Details on mains voltage, type of current and the fuses required shoul d be taken from the type plate. The type plate is fi tted near the loading aperture (see “Product description” chapter). Connect the machine to an earthed sock et, in accordance wi th current wir ing regulati ons.
Permanent connection In the case of permanent connection it is necessary that you install a double pole switch between the appliance and the elec tricity supply (mains), with a minimum gap of 3mm between the switch contacts and of a type suitable for the required load in c ompliance wi th the current elec trical regu lations.
