Ther e ar e two recessed handles at the fr ont of the base and at the back of the appliance at the top for improved gripping. 0 1. Grip the appliance with the recessed handles positioned as in the draw- ing, and transport the appliance.
Before Use 8 1 8 20 8 5 -01 /2 9 2. Remove the transport pr otection pieces and pull off the adhesive tape. 3. Wash the inside of the appliance with lukewarm water with a little bicarbonate of soda added (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). Do not use soap or detergent as the smell may linger .
10 818 20 8 5 -01/2 Fitting the Door Handles 1 Caution! Do not overtighten the screws (max. 2 Nm) as you may damage the door handles. 0 1. Screw the top handle bracket to the handle rod (1). Fit the bottom han- dle bracket on the lower left-hand side of the door (2).

Unplug from the mains, befor e r eversing the door . 0 1. Open the freezer compartment door and remove the plinth to the front.
Reversing The Door 14 818 20 8 5 -01/2 4. Move the hinge bracket pivot from t he right to the left hand hole. Remove the freezer com- partment door carefully to the front and place on one side. 5. Unscrew the centr e door hinge bracket. 6. Remove the fridge compartment door carefully to the fr ont and place on one side.
Reversing The Door 8 1 8 20 8 5 -01 /2 15 9. Unscrew the top handle br acket from the handle r od (1). Unscr ew the bottom handle bracket from the door (2). 10. Unscrew the top handle bracket from the door (3) and scr ew onto the bottom right-hand side of the door (4).

The COOLMATIC function is switched on by pressing the COOLMA TIC button.

To switch off, hold down both the ON/OFF buttons for approx. 5 seconds. This will result in a countdown fr om "3" to "1" taking place in the temperatur e display .
