Operating Instructions Important safety information In the interest of your saf ety and to ensure the correct use, before installing and first using the appliance, read this user manual carefully, includi ng its hints and warnings.
• Items that have been soiled with substa nces such as co oking oil acetone, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, w axes and wax removers should be washed in hot water with an extra amount of detergent before being dried in the tumble dryer.
• After having installed the a ppliance, check that it is no t pressing or st anding on its electrical supply cable. • If the tumble dryer is placed on top of a washing machine, it is compulsory to use the stacking kit (option al accessory). Use • This appliance is designed for domestic use.

Daily use Switching machine on / switching light on Turn the programme selector to any progra mme or turn it to LIGHT ON. The machine has been switched on. When the loading do or is opened, the drum is ill uminated. Opening loading door / loading laundry 1.
Setting dryness level If laundry comes out of the machine too damp after a standard drying programme, you can increase the drying result by using the DRYNESS function. Laundry becomes drier as you move from MIN to MAX . Press the DRYNESS button repeatedly until the desired dryness level ( MIN , MED or MAX ) is shown in the display.
Setting long anti - crease function Press the LONG ANTI-CREASE button. A 90 minute anti-crease phase is set. The display now shows the LONG ANTI -CREASE icon . If this additional fu nction is selected, the anti-crease phase at the end of the drying cycle is lengthened by 60 minutes.
If the programme duration is not selected, the duration is automatically set to 10 mins. Setting delay timer With the DELAY button, you can delay the start of a programme by between 30 mi- nutes (30') and a maximum of 20 hours (20h). 1. Select the programme and additional functions.
Starting the programme Press the START PAUSE button. The pro - gramme is started. The programme progress is shown in LCD by appropriate set of icons. From left to the right, from IRON DRY to ANTI-CREASE i c o n depends on the drying cycle chosen. E. g.
Drying cycle complete / removing laundry Once the drying cycle is compl ete, display shows a bli nking " 0 ", under anti- crease icon appear dash. If the BUZZER button has been pressed, an a coustic signal sounds intermittently for about one minute.
Care and cleaning Cleaning fluff filter The filters collect all the fluff which accumulate s during drying. To ensure th at the dryer works perfectly, the fluff filters (micro-fine filter and fine strainer) must be cleaned after every drying cycle. The warning icon is on to remind you this operation.
4. Push down unloc k button on large mesh filter. Large mesh filter jumps up. 5. Take out f ine straine r. 6. Remove fluff from fine strainer. It is best to use a damp hand for this purpose.
11. Press against the large mesh filter until it locks into the interlock. If the fine strainer is not fitted, the large mesh filter will not snap into place and the loading door cannot be closed. Cleaning the door seal Wipe the door seal with a damp cloth immediately after the drying cycle has finished.

Pull filter housing out of the base by the handle. 4. Clean the inside of the door, the fluff filter chamber and the rubber seals of fluff.
7. Remove fluff from the fluff filter with a damp hand. 8. Insert the fluff filter into the filter housing. 9. As necessary, approx. once every 6 months, remove the fluff from the heat exchanger using th e sponge supplied. When doing this, please use rubber gloves.
Clean operating screen and housing CAUTION! Do not use furniture cleaners or aggressi ve cleaning agents to clean the machine. Use a damp cloth to wipe down th e operating screen and housing.
What to do if ... Troubleshooting by yourself If, during operation, the er ror code E... plus number or letter) appears on the LCD: Switch the machine off and on again. Reset programme. Press the START PAUSE button If the er ror is still di splayed, please inform your l ocal Service Force Cen tre and quote the error code.
Defective light bulb. Replace light bulb (see next section). Displayed programme time changes erratically or stays un - changed fo r a long tim e. Programme time is corrected automatically depending on type and volume of l aundry and level of dampness.
2. Replace defective bulb. 3. Screw cover back down. Check the corre ct positioni ng of o-ring ga sket before screw ing back the door li ght cover. Do not operate the dryer when miss ing o-ring gasket on door light cover. WARNING! For safety reasons, the cover must be screwed down tightly.

Installation Transporting the appliance Only tip the appliance on its left side to trans - port (see illustration), if it cannot be trans - ported in an upright position. Appliance positioning • It is recommended that, for your convenience, the machine is positioned close to your washing machine.
The hot air emitted by the tu mble dryer can reach temperatures of up to 60°C. The appliance must therefore not be installed on floors which are not resistant to high temperatures. When operating the tumble dryer, the room temperature must not be lower than +5°C and higher than +35°C, as it may affect the performance of the appliance.
Electrical connection Details on mains voltage, type of current and the fuses required should be taken from the type plate. The type plate is fi tted near the loading apertur e (see “Product description” chapter). Connect the machine to an earthed sock et, in accordance with c urrent wiring regulation s.
Permanent connection In the case of permanent connection it is necessary that you install a double pole switch between the appliance and the elec tricity supply (mains), with a minimum gap of 3mm between the switch contacts and of a type suitable for the required load in compli ance with the cur rent electrical regulations.
7. Unscrew cover plates E from the front of the ma chine, rotate through 180°, screw on the oppo - site side. 8. Unscrew door lock F , push down slightly and remove from the front of the machine.
Installation kit for external condensate drain Attached to your product Installation kit 125 122 510 for direct draining of cond ensate into a basin, siphon, gully, etc. The condensate tank then no lo nger has to be drained, it must however remain in its intended position in the machine.
Environment The symbol on the product or on its packag ing indicates that this product may not be treated as household waste. Instea d it should be taken to the appropriate collection point for the recycling of el ectrical and electr onic equipment.
