Buckle one end of the chest strap onto the transmitter . 3. Adjust the band length so that the fit is snug against your skin.

The Dot matrix display will update the profile as well. • % MAX HR: It is recommended to control your % Max heart rate within 60% — 85% for the most effective workout.
