There ar e 8 programs: Interval, Strength, Manual, Random, Fat burner , T arget HR, HR Interval and MET programs and 2 user programs on each console.

Begin pedaling to initialize the unit and enter the programming cycle. When using the Quick Start program, you ar e accepting the 1150 Series default values for calculations.
