1.1. General informa tion • This manual is an integral part of the product, providing all the inf ormation requir ed to ensure correct installation, operation and maint enance of the machine. • Read the manual carefully , mak ing ref erence to it for machine oper ation.
2 . INST ALL A TION 2.1 Data plat e information • Check that the data specied on the plate correspond to the char acteristics of the power supply ( V , kW , H z, no . phases and power available). • The dataplate with appliance specications is located at the r ear exterior of the machine and/or on the electrical boards (g .
2.6 Condensa te drainage c onnection F or models T20C- T24C- T40 t a condensate water drainage hose with a minimum diamet er of 1” . Pro vide a waste pipe with a trap with a diameter of at least 1 1/2” at oor level .
3.1 Shut-down procedur es In the event of emergency , shut down the appliance by switching o po wer at the main panel, by means of a br eaker or power disconnect or by removing the plug fr om the power socket. 3.2 Operating tips Before starting up the appliance, clean the inside of the compartment thoroughly .

5.1 ST ARTING UP THE APPLIANCE (only f or T14D / T20C / T24C / T40) PRE HEA TING FUNC TION OF C OMPRESSOR SUP When pow er is initially supplied to the cabinet, a 2-hour pre-heating phase star ts and the display shows some blinking dashes “---” . During this phase the machine cannot be star ted.
IMPORT ANT: w ork cycles and modes can only be selected when the appliance is ON (LED on push - button 6 o ) IMPORT ANT: T he appliance will automatically defr ost if coil temperatur e falls below 45˚F . I t will not go into defrost during a chill or freez e cycle.
• At the end of the chilling cycle, the appliance aut omatically switches to the set st orage temperatur e for an indenite in ter val (like a standar d storage appliance).
5.4 HARD BLAST CHILLING B Y TEMPER A TURE • Pr ess push-button 3 (relativ e LED lights up), then press push-butt on 5 to select the temperature mode (LED 5A on). Inser t the core pr obe into the cor e of the product to be chilled. • Star t up the cycle by pressing push-butt on 6 .

7 . ALARM MANA GEMENT 7.1 Stor age of data/errors The appliance electronic contr oller is equipped with a system of ac oustic and visual signals to indicate the intervention of safety devices. The table below g ives a list of the alarms shown on the panel displa y 7.
Input SW2 (ALL 05) (door micr oswitch alarm) Cause: Input active for more than 5 minut es with appliance in start status. Door open (close door) Microswitch fault (replac e the microswitch) Beeper: Activated (3 seconds , then a pause of 30 seconds) until the mut e button is pressed .
Ex cessiv e temperatur e alarm ( ALL 11) Cause: (only during storage) c ell probe constantly det ects a temperature gr eater than the sum of positive or nega tive storage set poin ts with relativ e alarm delta.
INFORMA TION ON ALARMS: During alarms, the beeper is activated and the display show s the message “ ALL xx ” . The alarm message is alternated on the displa y even when the beeper has been silenced , until the alarm has been cleared. Alarm relay s remain activated as long as the alarm is display ed.
8 . MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING The information and instructions giv en in this section address all persons operating the appliance: the user , the maintenance technician and non- specialised personnel. Ensure that the electrical power t o the system has been disconnected before carrying out any cleaning or maintenanc e work on the applianc e.

1. Position cabinet floor on a fla t, level surface with the slotted end facing up. • Ensure the entryway is facing forward (gray plastic transition piec e) • Inser t one alignment block into the channel in between each of the locking cams.
4. Attach the right side panel to the mounting floor in the same manner as the other two panels. Lock the side locking cams on the inside bottom and side of the panel. Insert T -handle wrench and twist clockwise until a positive stop is achieved. NO TE: Ensure all cam locks are in the open position before placing any panels .
8. Thread electrical from the inside of the unit through the supplied hole in the top . Do not cut another hole to thread electrical. 9. Thread electrical wires through the t op of control bo x and connect to controls . • Attach labeled electrical line to the corresponding labeled connector on the control panel .
