9 Corr ect use of triple-ring burner The flat-bottomed pans are to be placed directly onto the pan-support. T o use the WOK you need to place the pr oper stand in order to avoid any faulty operation of the triple-ring burner (Fig. 7 - 8). IMPORT ANT : The special grille for wok pans (fig.
10 How to use the gas oven Lighting the oven gas burner The thermostat allows the automatic control of the temperature. The gas delivery to the oven burner is contr olled by a two way thermostatic tap (oven and grill burners) with flame-failure device.

12 How to use the gas grill Lighting the grill gas burner The grill burner generates the infra-r ed rays for grilling. T o light the grill burner operate as follow: 1) Open the oven door . 2) Lightly pr ess and turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the position (fig.

15 Do’ s and do not’ s Do’ s and do not’ s • Do not grill with oven door closed. Always fit the heat shield supplied with the cooker under the fr ont panel before commenci ng operations. • Do r ead the user instructions carefully before using the cooker for first time.
16 Installat ion, and any demon stration, information or adjustments ar e not included in the warranty . The cooker must be insta lled by a suitably quali fied and register ed person in accor - dance with the r elevant Standards.
17 Car e and maintenance Cleaning the hob Spillage on the hob can usually be r emoved by a damp soapy cloth. Mor e obstinate stains can be re moved by rubbing gently with a soapy nylon (non metal) scouring pad or mild household cleaner .

19 Burners They can be removed and washed only with soapy water . D e t e rg e n t s c a n b e u s e d b u t mu s t n o t b e abrasive or corr osive. Do not use abrasive sponges or pads. Do not put in dishwasher . After each cleaning, make sure that the burner -caps, as well as the burners, have been well wiped off and CORRECTL Y POSITIONED.
20 Storage compartment – The storage compartment is accessible thr ough the pivoting panel. Attention: Do not stor e flammable material in the oven, or the storage compartment. 29 Gas installation IMPORT ANT NOTE This appliance is supplied for use on NA TURAL GAS or LPG (check the gas r egulation label attached on the appliance). ✓ Appliances supplied for use on NA TURAL GAS: they are adjusted for this gas only and cannot be used on any other gas (LPG) without modif ication.
30 The installation of the gas appliance to Natural Gas or LP Gas must be carried out by a suitably qualified and r egistered installer . Installers shall take due account of the pr ovi- sions of the .
31 Gas connection Cat: II 2H3+ The gas supply must use the near est gas inlet pipe which is located at the left or the right hand side at the r ear of the appliance (figs. 34, 36). The hose should also be connected in such away that it does not touch the floor .

33 Injectors r eplacement of top burners Every cooker is provided with a set of injectors for the various typ es of gas. Injectors not supplied can be obtained fr om the After -Sales Service. Select the injectors to be r eplaced accor ding to the table at page 35.
34 Adjusting of the minimum of the top burners Considering that in the minimum position the flame must have a length of about 4 mm and must r emain lit even with a quick turn from the maximum position to that of mini- mum.

36 Replacement of the oven burner injector Accor ding to the type of gas, the oven injector must be similarly replaced, as stated on the “T able for the choice of the injectors”, operating as follows: – r emove the oven bottom. – unscr ew and r emove the burner fixing screw A (fig.

38 Primary air of the oven burner With a screwdriver untighten the scr ew (fig. 44) and move the air ring forwar d or back- war d to close or open the air flow , accord- ing to the “T able for the choice of the injec- tors”. Light the burner and check the flames.
