3 Befor e Using for the Fir st Time – Read the instructions car efully befor e installing and using the applianc e. – After unpacking the appliance, check that it is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not use the appliance and contact your supplier or a qualified engineer .
4 Important Saf eguar ds and R ecommendations – Do not carry out any cleaning or maintenance without fir st disconnecting the applianc e from the electrical supply. – During and after use of the double oven, cert ain parts will become very hot. Do not touc h hot parts.

6 T op Natur al C onv ection Ov en Gener al Featur es This oven features 2 differ ent thermostatic contr ol functions to satisfy all cooking r equirements, pr ovided by 3 heating elements: – Upper e.
7 Thermostat Knob (Fig. 2) This only sets the cooking temper ature and does not s witch the ov en on. Rotat e clockwise until the r equir ed temperatur e is r eached (fr om 50 °C to 250 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminate when the oven is switc hed on and turns off when the oven reac hes the corr ect temper ature.
8 Ov en Cooking Befor e intr oducing the food, pr eheat the oven to the desir ed temper ature. For a correct preheating operation, it is advisable to remove the tray from the oven and introduc e it together with the food, when the ov en has reac hed the desir ed temperatur e.
9 Lo w er Main Multifunction Oven Gener al Featur es As its name indicates, this is an oven that presents particular featur es from an operational point of view . In fact, it is possible t o insert 7 differ ent pr ogrammes to satisfy ev ery cooking need.
10 Thermostat Knob (Fig. 5) This only sets the c ooking t emper atur e and does no t swit ch the ov en on. Rotat e clockwise until the r equir ed temper ature is reac hed (fr om 50 °C to 225 °C). The thermostat indicator light will illuminate when the oven is switc hed on and turns off when the oven reac hes the corr ect temper ature.
11 T r aditional Grilling The infrar ed grill element comes on. The heat is disper sed by radiation. Use with the oven door closed and the thermostat knob to position 225 °C f or max 1 5 minutes, then to position 1 75 °C . For cooking hints, see the c hapter “USE OF THE GRILL ”.
12 V entilated Grill C ooking The infr ared grill element and the fan come on. The heat is dispersed mainly by r adiation and the fan then distributes it all over the oven. Use with the ov en door closed. The temperatur e can be r egulated via the thermostat knob to betw een 50 °C and 1 75 °C maximum .
13 Lo w er Main Oven C ooking A dvice St erilization Sterilization of f oods to be conserv ed, in full and hermetically sealed jars, is done in the f ollowing way: a. Set the switch to position . b. Set the thermostat knob to position 1 85 °C and preheat the oven.
14 Roasting T o obt ain classical roasting, it is necessary to r emember: – that it is advisable to maintain a temper atur e between 1 80 °C and 200 °C. – that the cooking time depends on the quantity and the type of foods. Use of the Grill – Preheat the ov en for about 5 minutes with the door closed .
15 Clock and T imer with “T ouc h-Contr ol” K eys (Lo w er Main Ov en only) K eys and T ouc hed simultaneously (f or mor e than 2 seconds): – setting the clock; – setting the timer volume (by touching once, along with the “ ” key); – to cancel automatic c ooking at any time.
16 “T ouc h-Contr ol” K eys The “touch-c ontrol” keys shall be oper ated by the fingers (just by touching the key). When using touc h contr ols it is best to use the ball of your finger r ather than the tip.
17 Aut omatic Cooking Use automatic cooking to aut omatically turn the oven on, cook, and then turn the oven off. 1 . Check the cloc k shows the corr ect time. 2. Select the function and temperatur e (function and temper atur e knobs). The oven will come on.
18 Do’s and do not’s – Do always grill with the ov en door closed. – Do read the user instructions car efully bef ore using the double ov en for the first time.
19 IMPOR T ANT : Befor e any oper ation of cleaning and maintenance disconnect the appliance fr om the electrical supply . A TTENTION: Let the o ven c ool down and pa y special attention no t o touc h the hot heating elements inside the ov en ca vity .
20 Replacing the Halogen Ov en Lights W ARNING: Ensure the appliance is s witc hed off befor e replacing the lamp to a void the possibility of electric shock. – Let the oven ca vity and the heating elements to cool down; – Switch off the electrical supply; – Remove the pr otectiv e cover C (fig.
21 Assembling and Dismantling of the Side R unner Fr ames – Assemble the wire r acks t o the oven walls using the 2 scr ews (Figs. 8-1 0). – Slide the tray and rack into the runners (Figs. 9-1 1). The rack must be fitted so that the safety catch, which stops it sliding out, fac es the inside of the oven.
22 Ov en Doors Remo ving the Ov en Doors The oven doors can easily be r emoved as f ollows: – Open the door to the full extent (fig. 1 2a). – Open the lever A completely on the left and right hinges (fig. 1 2b). – Hold the door as shown in fig.
23 Ov en Doors - R emo v able Inner P ane of Glass Cleaning the Panes o f Glass The oven doors ar e fitt ed with no. 2 panes: - no. 1 outside; - no. 1 inner; T o clean the panes on both sides it is necessary to remove the inner pane as follows.
24 Replacing the Inner P ane of Glass 1 . Make sur e the door is locked open (see fig. 1 5). 2. Replace the inner pane: – Check that the f our rubber pads are in plac e ( D in Fig. 1 8). – Insert the pane in the left E and right F slide guides (fig.

26 T o Build in the Double Ov en • The appliance should be installed b y a QUALIFIED INS T ALLA TION TE CHNICIAN. The appliance must be installed in complianc e with regulations in f or ce.
27 Installation "A" betw een Existing Side Cabinets (560 or 600 mm GAP) (figs. 24, 25, 26, 28) – Mount the 2 (two) metal supports “ B ” (supplied with the appliance in a separat e kit) as indicated in Figs.

29 Installation "C" By Using Housing Unit (figs. 29, 30, 3 1) • Remove the single ov en shelf, if tted, as indicated in gur e 29. • Remove the upper cr oss member support as indicated in gur e 30. • Cut the bottom of the housing as indicated in gur e 30.

31 Fixing the Double Ov en The double oven should then be secured by 6 scr ews (not supplied) fitted into the holes provided at the sides of the oven (Fig. 32). If you open the oven door s, you will see some scr ew holes. Remember the housing should not be fr ee standing but be secur ed to the wall and/or adjac ent fittings.
32 IMPOR T ANT : – T o a void damage to the low er trim please note the following instructions. – The lower trim is designed to allow f or good air cir culation and the corr ect opening of the oven door .
33 Electrical Installation For your saf ety please r ead the follo wing information: W ARNING! Before effecting any intervention on the electrical parts the appliance must be disconnected fr om the netw ork. IMPOR T ANT : The oven must be installed in accor dance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
34 Connection the Double Ov en Mains Cable Important! This ov en must be connect ed to the mains po wer supply only b y a suitably qualified per son. Unscrew the scr ews A securing the c over plate B behind the oven (fig. 36). – Remove the c over plate B .
